Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to projects focused on applying AI/ML, especially Generative AI, to solve business problems.Drive the conversion of manual code/scripts into natural language using LLMs and NLP techniques.Design and implement AI/ML-based solutions, including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.Develop robust data pipelines and support data engineering tasks like SQL scripting, data modeling, indexing, and structuring unstructured data.Translate complex AI concepts into human-readable formats for stakeholder communication and solution presentation.Work with prompt engineering techniques and API integrations to enhance LLM performance and usability.Integrate AI/ML solutions with various cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and internal tools.Participate in quarterly onsite planning sessions; travel expenses reimbursed per policy. Must-Have Qualifications:6+ years of experience in Data Science, with 2 3 years of hands-on AI/ML and NLP experience.Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT), and prompt engineering.Proficient in Python scripting, SQL, and working with RDBMS systems.Experience with data preparation, transformation, and indexing for AI readiness.Proven track record of automating manual processes using AI/ML techniques.Experience in solution design across the data science lifecycle.Familiarity with AWS tech stack and integrating AI/ML models with cloud platforms.Strong analytical and communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
