Location: Hyderabad
SFMC work hours: Night 9:00 Pm India time to Early morning 6:00 Am
Can work from home during Covid but should come to office in Hyderabad after Covid.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The ideal candidate should have a very good experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have the technical expertise to configure automations, journeys, and triggered activities. The role works within a team to deliver timely, relevant messages that will support business line team needs. You will act as a consultant and technical expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and use your knowledge to design, document and implement solutions.
- Enhance, change, and modify existing scripts, journeys, email templates, etc based on business requirements.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud (Email, Ad, SMS, etc) studios and Social Studio.
- Support Helpdesk tickets of global users in Salesforce MC & SS.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions leveraging the functionality and best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Developing target marketing lists using query building languages, i.e., SQL
- Code all emails in HTML for deployment in SFMC
- Use Liveclicker and other technologies in the email channel
- Build and deploy logic for sophisticated customer journeys
- Participate in system integration with email roadmap initiatives
- Manage, support, and maintain Ad Studio & SMS studio.
- Stay on top of SFMCs new releases/features and identify how they can support the organizations objectives.
- Develops, configures, codes, tests, and debugs; emails and enhancements to existing applications or purchased Appexchange applications.
- Troubleshoot and support existing applications
- Out of the box thinker for solutions and ideas in the email channel

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- +3 years of Experience in Marketing Cloud (All studios) and Social Studio is required.
- Hold current Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications
- Ability to code HTML emails
- Experience with SQL and amp scripting required
- An understanding of SOAP and REST API’s
- SQL query writing
- This position completely works in US time zone and also be available to work on weekends if required.
